About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Sr. Transportation Designer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our transportation practice, you will be responsible for developing design plans and overseeing the work of junior designers. You will also collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop final design plan packages for proposed transportation projects, considering all technical aspects and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in transportation design, with a focus on urban planning and infrastructure development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
