Position Overview:
As a Floor Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Your efforts will contribute to a welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute work orders efficiently, ensuring thorough cleaning and preparation for events.
  • Engage effectively with residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow custodial staff to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
  • Be available for on-call emergencies, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Maintain carpets and flooring in public areas, including hallways and lobbies, through regular vacuuming and shampooing.
  • Assist with the movement of items as needed, supporting residents and staff.
  • Perform daily cleaning and inspection of public restrooms.
  • Burnish floors as directed, ensuring a polished appearance.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Your Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and floor care is advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
