  • Programs and Initiatives: Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
  • Merchandise Management: Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality, and stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
  • Health Aids Department Maintenance: Maintain the health aids department, including cleaning and restocking.
  • Technology and Flexibility: Learn and implement new technologies, and adapt to changing work roles and responsibilities.
  • Teamwork: Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Age and Education: At least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
