Key Responsibilities:

Your Expertise:
  1. Experience: At least 10 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  2. Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
  3. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail; proficiency in financial software, with experience in Applied Epic preferred.
  4. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
  6. Ethics: High integrity and ethical standards.
  7. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the insurance brokerage industry and its financial dynamics.
