Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable, dynamic, and driven CBD retail store supervisor to manage daily operations and assist with sales responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Management: Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal coverage.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels and place regular orders with suppliers.
Payroll Processing: Enter payroll data accurately and on time.
Marketing: Promote our products through various social media channels.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop is well-kept and organized.

Training will be provided for our product offerings and point-of-sale system, although prior experience is advantageous. Reliability is essential as we operate multiple days a week, allowing for a flexible schedule. The position offers 35-40 hours of work per week. Compensation starts at $17 per hour, along with a 5% commission on individual sales during a 90-day probationary period. A performance review will be conducted at the end of this period to discuss potential salary adjustments.
