Solar Sales Representative

At Venture Solar, we're committed to helping homes and families save money and live healthier, greener lives. As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in our mission by educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and helping them make informed decisions about their energy future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and pitch Venture Solar's product offerings to customers in trusted retail partner locations
  • Assist customers in saving money through our residence-focused sales practice
  • Gather necessary homeowner information to provide custom solar solutions
  • Set appointments to answer customer questions and provide focused customer service
  • Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the install process
  • Strategically network and expand your customer base
  • Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics
Requirements:
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Prior sales or hospitality experience
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
  • Ability to work independently and determine personal work schedule to be productive
