Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all halls, offices, shops, classrooms, restrooms, conference rooms, labs, gym areas, locker rooms, elevators, and other assigned areas
- Clean and maintain all floors and floor coverings, including regular duties such as vacuuming, shampooing, striping, sealing, and waxing
- Empty and clean all waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains, and doormats
- Spot clean and clean all exterior and interior glass surfaces of all assigned buildings
- Clean ceiling lights and Venetian blinds
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Completion of ninth grade
- High school diploma and two (2) years of commercial custodial experience
This position is considered essential personnel and may require working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Some overtime may be required.
