  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the property is secure, checking doors, windows, and gates for any signs of tampering or unauthorized access.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras to detect and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Reasonably detain persons suspected of criminal activity and report incidents to local authorities.
  • Control visitor and employee building access, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas.
  • Immediately notice and report any anomalies or irregularities that may compromise the security of our facilities.
  • Protect the people and assets within our organization, including employees, customers, and sensitive equipment.
  • Stand for long periods, observing and monitoring the surroundings to ensure the security of our premises.
  • Contribute to the security team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed.
  • Respond to emergency situations, providing necessary assistance to employees and customers.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, safety, and emergency response.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Law enforcement or military experience is an asset.
  • Concealed carry permit.
  • Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills and aptitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to listen effectively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations.
  • 21 years of age (minimum).

  • Possess the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Stand or sit for extended periods of time.
