We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Montana Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
