About the Role
Providence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Resident to join our team at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Montana Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty
- Experience working in a hospital setting
