We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineering Manager to help us amplify the capabilities of Wiz. In this position, you will report to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering - Americas and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on comprehending the technical business requirements of our enterprise clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve establishing a robust partnership with the regionally-based sales director to cultivate strong relationships with account teams in the area. You will excel as a technical leader, not only by guiding your team but also by engaging directly with technology. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding all aspects of cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Our passion lies in technical sales and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our solutions, which we believe is achieved through a collaborative effort with all available resources at Wiz.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Solutions Engineers dedicated to cloud accounts.
  • Recruiting, retaining, developing, and mentoring a team of skilled Solutions Engineers focused on regional needs.
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Ensuring team accountability in deal management through Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Background in network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Familiarity with risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.
  • Technical SaaS sales experience.
  • Awareness of the CI/CD process.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in the Central US.
