Job Summary:

Mondo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of critical internal and external applications, ensuring seamless data management and reliable systems across the company. This hands-on role involves full-stack development, with a focus on backend services using and front-end work in Angular. The Senior Software Engineer will independently lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications and services that support both internal teams and external users.
  • Manage and maintain company data systems, ensuring the applications and databases are running efficiently.
  • Work hands-on with a tech stack that includes (backend), Angular (frontend), and databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and scrum teams to drive project completion and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
  • Develop and deploy solutions on AWS, leveraging 2-3 years of recent experience with the platform.
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software deployment efficiency and quality.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on coding (90% of the role).
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and longevity in project execution, following best practices for software engineering.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on (backend) and Angular (frontend).
  • Proven experience leading projects from start to finish, with a strong understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a product-based environment.
  • Solid experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • 2-3 years of recent experience deploying on AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and communicate across teams.
  • A track record of consistency and longevity in previous roles, with clear details on project completion.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite customization and development.
  • Experience with Boomi integration and implementation.
