AEG is seeking a highly skilled Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities on event days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Day Supervision: Supervise and manage parking operations on event days, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Parking Lot Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of parking lots to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Collaboration with Parking Manager: Work closely with the Parking Manager to ensure that event day procedures are followed and that all necessary preparations are made.
  • Enforcement of Parking Policies: Assist the Parking Manager in enforcing parking policies and procedures, including the enforcement of employee parking programs.
  • Inventory Management: Perform inventory management tasks, including the management of parking systems and supplies.
  • Communication with Guests: Assist the Parking Manager in responding to guest inquiries and investigating complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in parking operations or a related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of parking best practices, ability to anticipate problems and implement corrective action, knowledge of safety regulations, and ability to lead and give clear direction.
  • Availability: Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
