Position Overview:
This role is designated for the management of the Aero Club operations.
Regular Full-Time employees are expected to maintain a consistent work schedule ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week.

Eligibility Criteria:

Considerations include Business Based Action, Military Spouse Preference, Outside Applicant Veteran status, Spouse/Widow/Parent of Veteran, and Transition Hiring Preference.To qualify, candidates must meet the following experience criteria:
Experience encompasses both paid and unpaid roles, including volunteer work through National Service programs and other organizations.
All relevant experience will be credited, including volunteer contributions.Resumes must clearly outline pertinent experience; if qualifications are based on education, transcripts will be required.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in managing or overseeing business operations for a small club or activity, which includes tasks such as developing financial reports, analyzing business documentation, scheduling personnel, managing supplies and inventory, and planning club events.
A degree in a relevant field (such as aviation management, business administration, or related studies) OR a minimum of three years of professional experience in business management or aviation is required.
Certification as a flight instructor or an aircraft mechanic with airframe and powerplant ratings is preferred but not mandatory.Evaluation will be based on competency in the following areas:
