Overview

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Detailer to join our team at RDU Airport Rental Car Drive in Morrisville, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuuming and preparing vehicle interiors to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Washing, cleaning, and drying vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage, checking fuel levels, and verifying registration
  • Checking tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and reporting any issues
  • Fueling and staging vehicles for customer pickup
  • Inspecting vehicles for safety concerns and reporting any issues
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and reporting any hazards
  • Assisting customers with their vehicle needs and providing excellent customer service

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must live within 45 minutes of RDU airport
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
