Role Overview:

The Radiology Operations Manager, under the guidance of the Administrative Director, is tasked with overseeing the strategic planning, effective execution, and adherence to regulatory standards for all personnel within the Diagnostic Imaging department. This includes ensuring compliance with hospital policies, departmental protocols, and relevant licensure and continuing education requirements.


Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in Radiology
  • Valid California State Certification License for unlimited diagnostic radiology services
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge necessary for successful job performance
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Able to maintain an efficient work pace in alignment with workload demands
  • Proven ability to foster effective working relationships across the health system

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible management experience
  • Familiarity with university and medical center operations, policies, and procedures
