Role Summary: The chosen candidate will oversee and drive membership sales initiatives, as well as manage promotional activities related to supplements and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, and phone outreach.
  • Organize and oversee sales prospecting systems.
  • Actively promote and sell additional services and products, including personal training and supplements, as directed.
  • Take charge of enhancing the sales skills of the sales team. Prepare for, attend, and engage in sales meetings.
  • Support the General Manager in ensuring that the sales team complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously inspire the sales team and track their performance against established goals using the defined protocols and sales systems.
  • Regularly meet or exceed personal and club sales targets.
  • Assist with operational tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling health club memberships and managing a sales department.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
