About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner III to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As an Inventory Planner III, you will be responsible for managing inbound shipments, analyzing inventory position, and executing on purchase orders and vendor-related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
- Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
- Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
- Execute on various purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
- Flexible, with good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
