About the Job:

Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our buildings. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, including all mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in building maintenance and HVAC systems
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Universal CFC certification required
  • Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Experience with maintenance management software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Salary range: $52-$65 per hour
