Job Title: Life Sciences Patent Specialist

Job Summary:

Kilpatrick is seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent in the Life Sciences. The ideal candidate would reside in CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, or NC and be available for in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong writing skills and relevant experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution is preferred.
  • Applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience; expertise in molecular biology is an asset.
  • Candidates should have at least 3 years of direct patent prosecution experience.
  • Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in technical writing is a plus.
