Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CONAM Management Corporation. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct repairs and installations to maintain the condition of our properties.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete tasks and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to use simple tools and power tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
