**About the Position:**

We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to join our team as a Patient Care Director at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inpatient units, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient careManage and direct a team of nurses and other healthcare professionalsMonitor and report any safety concerns or near missesDevelop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Basic Arrhythmia Certification, PALS Certification, and be a licensed RN in NM or eligible for reciprocal agreement. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
