This Telephonic Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for performing clinical assessments and evaluating needs for treatment in worker's compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in case management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with healthcare providers, attorneys, and employers to ensure timely and effective treatment for injured workers. Your expertise will help us navigate complex medical situations and make informed decisions that benefit both our clients and their patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement case management plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including healthcare providers, attorneys, and employers.
  • Monitor progress toward established goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Nursing preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience providing direct clinical care required.
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required. Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing or a related specialty is strongly preferred.

Salary Range

">$74,932.01 - $126,367.76
