Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Oaks at Jamestown. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
    • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification in good standing.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
