Job Summary:

At Brighter Living Home Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications, and record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Assess patients' ability to perform routine daily tasks and assist with basic needs such as dressing, eating, and bathing.
• Recognize and manage different syndromes, such as cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and neurological problems.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Minimum of one (1) year Medical/Surgical experience.
• Federal and State credentials current and on file.

Working Requirements:

• Working hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Nurses spend considerable time walking, bending, stretching, and standing, and assist in patient transfers to prevent back injury.
