Job Summary:
The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a highly skilled ECC Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IDD and PASRR Training Unit, you will play a critical role in providing training to Local IDD Authority (LIDDA) staff and others on the responsibilities and functions of Enhanced Community Coordination (ECC).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops on ECC and PASRR processes and guidelines.
2. Collaborate with team leads and managers to create and modify training materials, including curriculum changes.
3. Ensure that all training sessions are well-planned, executed, and evaluated to meet the needs of our customers.
4. Travel to locations across Texas to provide training and represent the agency with professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of ECC, PASRR, and IDD services, including LIDDA and nursing facility programs and processes.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.
3. Ability to interpret complex materials and apply knowledge appropriately, with a focus on adult learning principles and techniques.
4. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop and review training materials and reports.
