Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence

- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- At least three years of experience in urology nursing, with a focus on leadership and education
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
