About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled Drywall Estimator to join our team at Kimmel & Associates. As a seasoned Estimator, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our company by providing expert estimates, bids, and proposals to our clients.

Responsibilities:
* Estimate and bid on commercial construction projects
* Prepare detailed written proposals and scope reviews
* Conduct thorough analysis of plan documents and other data to ensure accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
* Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
* Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance our estimating processes and procedures

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in commercial construction with experience in Estimating
* Strong knowledge of industry software, including Onscreen Takeoff & Quick-Bid Software
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel to project sites as required
