We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Planning and Technical Solutions professional to join our team at Blue Sky Innovators Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing mission planning and requirements development using an interdisciplinary approach to evolve and verify integrated and total life-cycle balanced sets of system, people, and process solutions that satisfy customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical information to support government program management decision-making processes.
  • Assist government program managers in managing and controlling the definition and management of system configuration and the translation of system definition into work breakdown structures.
  • Develop CONOPS for technical collection operations and manage the development of technical collection systems and software in accordance with system requirements.
  • Oversee contractor development of technical collection systems and software in accordance with system requirements.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI Clearance and Poly within the last 5 years.
  • SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) Experience.
  • Bachelors degree in a STEM related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 2-10+ years experience working in RF systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as the integrating mechanism across the technical efforts related to the development, manufacturing, verification, deployment, operations, support, disposal of, and user training for systems and their life cycle processes.
  • Experience working with the community to prioritize, rank and task technical collection.
  • Experience in processing and exploiting technical intelligence and the production of intelligence products for dissemination to the community.
  • Experience in Source Selections.
  • Experience in the oversight of program cost, schedule and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with signal analysis, exploitation, and RF theory.
  • Experience in RF phenomenology specific to collection and processing methodology.
  • Experience in RF sensors to include tasking, command and control, collection, mission processing, and dissemination.
  • Experience with Digital Signal Processors and the application to perform traditional and non-traditional functions.
