Position Title: Commercial Service HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • The HVAC Technician will oversee the operation, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance of commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems.
  • Must possess a solid understanding of boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, controls, and various mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Technicians should be knowledgeable about kitchen and refrigeration equipment and the handling of refrigerants.
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch Team to ensure timely and complete execution of workload.
  • Adhere to safe work practices in compliance with OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards while performing assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining similar commercial equipment, along with a current Universal CFC certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision in isolated environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in the safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary for all work assignments.
  • A valid Driver's license with a good driving record is required.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights.
  • Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Familiarity with desktop computers and internet-based programs for task completion.
  • Must maintain a neat personal appearance and adhere to company uniform standards.
  • This position will require a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: Competitive salary of $54.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
