We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A minimum of five years of experience in technical/field service and support operations, plus two years of supervisory or team leadership experience\
  • Demonstrated experience managing service offerings and improving customer satisfaction\
  • Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills\
  • Ability to streamline operations and manage competing priorities\
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel\
  • A degree equivalent to an associate's degree\
