Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our team of manufacturing engineers, sustaining engineers, test technicians, and engineering support personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Electrical and Mechanical Manufacturing engineers to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Oversee product sustaining, including RMAs and technology refresh, to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Be accountable to Manufacturing Management and Engineering Management for component engineering and manufacturing test.
  • Develop and implement design for manufacturability and testability processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design and document assembly instructions and processes to ensure seamless production.
  • Determine and develop staffing profiles and schedules to meet program requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and build cohesive teams to meet targets and objectives.
