About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Infusion team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
