We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services Department at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative patients
- Assist surgeons in operative procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
HCA Florida Northside Hospital is a 280+ bed facility offering state-of-the-art treatment and a full range of services, including interventional stroke care, spine care, orthopedics, 24-hour emergency services, cardiac care, and general surgery.
