Key Responsibilities
  • Manage established service routes and new customers
  • Troubleshoot pest problems and provide effective solutions
  • Exercise daily time management and multitasking skills
  • Conduct inspections of customer's homes and businesses
  • Perform treatments of customer's homes and businesses
  • Educate new and existing customers on services and products
  • Help reach company service and sales goals
  • Continually refine skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Applicator or Branch II Field Representative certification with the CA State Pest Control Board
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at height
