Daksta is collaborating with a prominent General Contractor that partners with one of the largest Hyperscale Data Center providers globally.

The role of the Scheduler involves developing comprehensive project timelines, working closely with project managers to integrate schedule inputs, and managing the baseline, updates, and time impact assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires the ability to evaluate construction timelines produced by subcontractors and ensure the ongoing development of construction schedules in line with recognized industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage corporate scheduling initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks.
  • Oversee bid and proposal timelines, baseline schedules, schedule revisions, and time impact evaluations. Navigate complex scheduling challenges and collaborate with relevant personnel to gather and verify schedule data.
  • Maintain comprehensive master schedules for project activities, including preparation, updates, revisions, coordination, and communication of schedules to team members, management, and clients.
  • Engage with clients, participate in regular construction meetings, and produce analytical reports.
  • Provide project and company leadership with essential tools for effective project schedule management.
  • Gather and analyze historical data, such as performance metrics, to ensure a realistic foundation for future planning and forecasting.
  • Assess, evaluate, predict, and report on schedule status against a defined baseline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in data center scheduling.
  • Proficient in various operating systems and fundamental software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Asta, P6, and Outlook. Ability to learn additional specific software tools is essential.
