Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at GOAT Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including inventory management, stock movement, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Proactively plan and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Stock Movement: Provide leadership and guidance on all stock movement within the facility, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control of inbound, outbound, verification, and support processes to ensure all procedures are followed and service level agreements are met.
  • Operational Procedures: Execute operational 'Open and Close' procedures of the store, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to associates, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage supply inventory and supply replenishment to support shipping and other business operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot stock transfer and customer order issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain organization and cleanliness of all warehouse areas and workstations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in operations, parcel carrier facility, distribution center, or warehouse environment.
  • Leadership Experience: 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10 hours, and climb and descend stairs safely.
