We are seeking dedicated individuals for both full-time and part-time roles in our aquatic facilities. This position demands exceptional customer service abilities as it involves extensive interaction with patrons. The primary responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remain alert and vigilant to avert emergencies and ensure the safety of all guests at the facility.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the aquatic environment.
  • Administer First Aid and CPR, along with other emergency response measures as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with lifesaving techniques, CPR, and first aid practices.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid Lifeguard Certification.
  • Capability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including high temperatures.
  • Proficient swimming skills and comfort in aquatic environments.
