Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapist Assistant to join our team at Thrive Behavioral Health. As a key member of our treatment team, you will work closely with our licensed clinicians to provide individualized support to students and families in their homes and schools.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students in schools and homes, modeling behaviors and implementing treatment plans as directed by licensed clinicians.
  • Work collaboratively with families and caregivers to provide ongoing support and education on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Assist with data collection and monitoring of student progress, providing regular updates to treatment teams.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism, emotional disability, and related behavior disorders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
