At Verbal Beginnings, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills. You will collect and record data to monitor progress and collaborate with the clinical supervisor to update treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 6+ months experience working with children preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
