Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. This figure includes a guaranteed hourly rate of $55-$60 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for day one medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and a generous per diem allowance.
Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or impairments. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise and knowledge in rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy, and exercise prescription will be essential in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution and hold a current state license to practice. In addition, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
