Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Child Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, as well as strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psycho-social assessments and develop Crisis Management Plans.
  • Complete clinical goals, objectives, and interventions for Individual Service Plans.
  • Maintain a balance of clinical and administrative responsibilities, including 5 hours of therapeutic service delivery and 3 hours of non-client direct care hours daily.
  • Provide individual therapy to each client a minimum of once per month; Family therapy in the community setting such as home or other public location once per month; other therapeutic services as deemed appropriate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, and verbal and written communication.
  • The ability to complete and maintain CPR, CPI, and DMH trainings as required.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $37,000 - $44,000 per year, depending on experience.
