Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Associate is a vital member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing assistance with purchases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing store environment and accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
