Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist-in-Charge to join our team at our Houston, TX location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that all pharmacy processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to pharmacists and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or specialty pharmacy environment.
  • Skills and Qualities: Proficiency in Micro-Merchant system, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, composure, patience, and a great attitude.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
