Key Responsibilities:
The Nursing Supervisor will collaborate closely with the management team to provide leadership and oversight within the nursing unit and associated patient care areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing nursing personnel through education, performance evaluations, and addressing patient safety and service quality issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures while exercising independent judgment in clinical situations.
  • Managing staffing needs and participating in recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Facilitating professional development and training for nursing staff and students.
  • Engaging in fiscal management to optimize resource utilization and ensure cost-effective patient care.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field with relevant experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support within the initial employment period.
Preferred Experience:
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
