**Your Role**

We're seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for selling our services, prospecting new leads, and making daily phone calls to identify solutions for clients and new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Sell England Logistics services to clients
* Prospect new leads and make daily phone calls
* Identify solutions for clients and new business opportunities
* Build, manage, and grow a book of business

**What We Offer**

* First year high performer total compensation: $65k - $80k
* First year average performance total compensation: $58k - $65k
* Paid weekly, with a base salary of $47,750 plus uncapped commissions

**Requirements**

* Great attitude and work ethic
* Persuasive and professional sales and negotiating skills
* Successful sales background and track record
* Ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone
* Knowledge of CRM's and MS Word & Excel
* A college degree preferred (not required with previous sales experience)
* Bilingual - Fluent Spanish needed
