Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Acquiring Skills Inc. as an Autonomous ABA Specialist.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families in South Florida.

As an Autonomous ABA Specialist, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and choose from part-time or full-time positions, working as a W2 Employee or 1099 Subcontractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client assessments, including initial and ongoing evaluations.
  • Develop and update behavior intervention plans based on assessments and progress.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
  • Provide parent-training and education on behavioral strategies.
  • Offer direct services as needed, prioritizing the needs of clients and families.
