What You Will Experience:
Consistent Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for overtime and on-call responsibilities.
Competitive Compensation:
Starting at a base rate of $23/hour.
Once assigned to a specific route, our distinctive commission model enables you to enhance your earnings significantly.
Typically, employees earn between $55,000 and $62,000 annually, which encompasses base salary, overtime, and on-call compensation.Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D coverage, 401K plan, profit-sharing, paid holidays, and vacation time.
Training and Autonomy:
Receive hands-on training while enjoying independence in managing your route.
Qualifications:
If you possess a strong customer service orientation and a willingness to learn, we are prepared to offer effective training to enthusiastic candidates.
A valid Driver's License is required.
