Claris Vision seeks a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a full-time employment opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job SummaryThe CRNA will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical ophthalmic and cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
Key Responsibilities- Preoperative Assessments: Conduct thorough preoperative assessments to evaluate patients' medical history, anesthesia requirements, and potential risks.
- Anesthesia Care Planning: Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and other healthcare team members to develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Anesthesia Administration: Administer local anesthesia with monitored sedation in accordance with established protocols.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels to ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical procedure.
- Vital Sign Management: Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to closely observe patient's vital signs, respiratory status, and overall physiological responses during surgery.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and take appropriate corrective actions.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Certification: Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Licensure: State licensure as a CRNA
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Education: Advanced practice nursing degree from an accredited program
- Experience: Experience in providing anesthesia services in an ambulatory surgery setting is preferred
- Medical Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins first day of the month following date of hire

- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
