Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Specialist to join our team at Rev1 Energy. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our field projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and execution of field projects, conducting site inspections to assess project progress, and collaborating with project managers and other team members to develop project timelines and deliverables.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during field operations, preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, and providing technical support to clients and stakeholders as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a generous insurance package.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • 1-3 years of relevant field engineering experience
  • Proficient in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
